The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in Bologna. The attention to detail is commendable, with clean and spacious rooms, including modern bathrooms. The location is relatively close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring Bologna's attractions. The friendly staff provide great service and the breakfast selection is a nice touch.

Great view from the window, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Location was ideal, close to restaurants and shops. Also, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Not what we expected - a hostel instead of a hotel with basic facilities. Breakfast was limited and pre-packaged. Noisy atmosphere, outdated furniture, and the bed was uncomfortable. The photos online didn't match the reality. we were disappointed with the hotel.

We had a great Christmas stay at an apartment in the city outskirts. The host was very accommodating and gave us useful tips on local places to visit and eat. The apartment was cosy, clean and quiet, making us feel like we were at home. We also loved the fact that we had access to free parking and were just a 20-minute bus ride away from the city centre, which made it easier for us to explore.
He was very friendly and hospitable, and we had no issues with sharing the space. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable retreat outside the city centre.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel facilities werenice and neat. The transportation to this city was also very convenient. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, delicious and well-prepared.

Very clean and spacious bathroom. Attentive and responsive host, Paolo. Comfortable and cozy apartment. Excellent suggestions for places to visit and eat. Convenient location with fast bus access to the historic center. Good parking facility. Friendly and helpful owner, Paolo.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail and the modern amenities provided.
